All Sales Are Final (But Let's Chat!)

Since we start working on your order right away, all sales are considered final. This means we generally don't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We know sometimes things happen, so please take a moment to double-check your order details (size, color, etc.) before you complete your purchase.​​​​

Something Not Quite Right? Let's Fix It!

We want you to be happy! If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Just email us at info@teesbyfox.com with:

  • A clear photo showing the issue.

  • Your order number.

  • A quick explanation of what's wrong.

Quick Processing Means No Changes (Usually)

We get started on your order super fast! This means we usually can't make changes or cancel orders once they're placed. So, please give your order a good once-over before you finalize it.

Shipping & Delivery: Working Together

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to get your order to you. However, sometimes things happen that are outside of our control. We're not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  • Lost or stolen packages.

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
